Q: Can I get a quote for my current medications?

Q: Do I need a prescription?
A: Yes. Just like your local pharmacy, we require a valid prescription from a licensed physician.
Q: My prescriptions are on file at my local pharmacy. What should I do?
A: We will gladly contact your doctor and make arrangements to get your prescription(s).
Q: How much is shipping?
A: We do not charge for shipping from our international pharmacies; however there is a separate $9.95 shipping charge for medications directly from Canada and a $5.00 shipping charge from our U.S. pharmacy.
Q: Do I have to come into your office every time I want to place an order?
A: No. Everything can be done by mail, facsimile, or email. We try to make it easy for you.
Q: Can I save more money with generic medications?
A: Yes. To maximize your savings, we will always provide you with the option of ordering the generic, if available.
Q: Are there any other hidden costs or fees associated with your service?
A: No. There are no other costs.
Q: What about refills?
A: Prescriptions are not automatically refilled. Our free refill reminder service will call you 30 days before your refill is due so that you can authorize your refill order.
Q: How much medication can I order at one time?
A: The FDA allows us to ship up to a 90 day supply of each of your medications when ordering outside of the country.
Q: Do you accept my insurance plan?
A: No. We are here to help people who have no insurance, seniors in the “donut” hole, or individuals with high co-pays.
